Follow-Up Intelligence is a product and service offering operated by Kebono, LLC.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Follow-Up Intelligence website and services provided by Kebono, LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Services Offered

Follow-Up Intelligence, a product of Kebono, LLC, provides the following services:

Payment Terms

Audit Fees

The FI Audit service fee will be communicated during the discovery call process. Payment is due in full before audit sessions begin. Payment must be received and cleared before we schedule or commence any audit activities.

Other Services

Pricing for Strategic Blueprints, Consulting Services, and Done-For-You Implementation will be provided in writing before engagement. Payment terms will be outlined in the respective service agreement.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through credit cards and other methods specified at the time of invoice. Additional payment options may be available on a case-by-case basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Follow-Up Intelligence™ frameworks, methodologies, The Five Vanishing Points™, Momentum Decay™, the Momentum Tax™ concept, and all proprietary materials ("Intellectual Property") are owned by and remain the exclusive property of Kebono, LLC.

Upon payment in full for services:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kebono, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question during the twelve months preceding the claim.

No Guarantees

While we are committed to delivering high-quality services and expert guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue increases, sales improvements, or other outcomes. The effectiveness of our services depends on your implementation, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control. Success in business requires diligent execution and is never guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Audit Cancellations

If you need to cancel your scheduled FI Audit, you must provide notice at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session. Cancellations with proper notice are eligible for a full refund of the audit fee.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. If you cancel after audit sessions have begun, no refund will be issued for the completed or partially completed work.

Other Services

Refund policies for Strategic Blueprints, Consulting Services, and Done-For-You Implementation will be specified in the respective service agreement. Generally, refunds may be available only if services have not yet commenced, subject to a reasonable cancellation notice requirement.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an audit, you may do so with 48 hours notice at no additional charge, based on availability. More than two reschedules may be considered a cancellation and subject to the refund policy above.

Use of Our Services

By engaging our services, you agree to:

SMS Communications Program

Follow-Up Intelligence, a product of Kebono, LLC, may send SMS text messages to customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, seasonal promotions, and scheduling notifications. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and preferences.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Follow-Up Intelligence, a product of Kebono, LLC, to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to (769) 241-3722. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscription. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after that confirmation.

Opt In Again

If you wish to rejoin after opting out, you may opt in again using the same method you originally used to enroll.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; it will be based on your service schedule and account activity. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in to our SMS communications program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

SMS Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Follow-Up Intelligence, a product of Kebono, LLC, will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email Communications

By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails from Follow-Up Intelligence, a product of Kebono, LLC, including service updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and company news. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly at support@followupintelligence.com.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Changes to Terms

Kebono, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.

Entire Agreement
